What is the delivery time for an order?

When GALLAMBA gets an order, it prepares to ship the order as quickly as possible and, in most cases, all orders which payment is confirmed until 1 p.m. (GMT) are shipped on the same day.

If the payment happens after 1 p.m., orders are shipped on the following day.

During festive seasons, if GALLAMBA runs out of stock, or during periods of a high flow of orders, GALLAMBA can take up to 48 hours to prepare the order before it is shipped.

The transportation time varies according to the recipient’s address, which is defined by the Client for the reception of the order:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 working days after shipping;
  • Portugal – Islands of Madeira: 6 to 15 working days after shipping;
  • Portugal – Islands of Azores: 6 to 15 working days after shipping;
  • Europe: 1 to 2 working days after the expedition;
  • Remaining Countries: between 3 and 7 working days after shipping.

If, by any chance, this limit is surpassed, GALLAMBA will contact the Client to share proper clarifications.

Nevertheless, if you don’t receive your order during the set deadline (working days), you can contact GALLAMBA through email info@gallamba.com to schedule a new delivery in an address of your choice.

Which shipping costs are associated?

We offer free delivery to countries all over the world.

Customs fees and importation costs

Due to the different customs policies and importation taxes, GALLAMBA does not have control over eventual costs that might be applied during the arrival of an order to the destination country, not being possible to predict the exact value of such taxes.

If you have any doubt, you should contact your local customs house before making any order to learn about customs fees and its applicability.

Where can you receive your order?

You can receive your order on an address of your preference (home, workplace, a relative’s house, etc.), in any part of the world.

Increasingly more people select their workplace as the preferential destiny to get their orders. It’s one of the best ways to ensure that there will always be someone ready to receive the order.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes, you can define this information during the Checkout process.

GALLAMBA reminds you that the shipping costs depend on the destination country and not the billing address.

Another important point to mention regarding the address is that after shipping the order, it is no longer possible for the Client to change the delivery address.

How to follow the order status?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a reference from the Courier, DHL, so that you can track the order status.

Order reception failure within the initially stipulated delivery date, what can I do?

In case the courier, DHL, does not deliver your order due to the absence of the recipient, GALLAMBA will contact you to schedule a new delivery.

If, still, there is no one on the delivery location on the second scheduled date, you must contact us through email info@gallamba.com to schedule a new delivery in an address of your choice (in the same country).
